About the Chapter

PTPI Varna is home to the energetic and inspiring Youth Chapter: The Dolphins, one of the most well-known and respected student chapters in the PTPI network. Based in the stunning Black Sea city of Varna, Bulgaria, The Dolphins have long been a beacon of youth-led action, creativity, and compassion.

Supported by Adult Advisor Antoaneta Pophlebarova (Toni), this chapter regularly organizes impactful local projects — with one of their signature events being their annual Christmas charity bazaar, where students handcraft gifts and decorations to sell. The proceeds go toward local community causes, supporting families, children, and those in need. It’s a powerful tradition of service and generosity that reflects the heart of PTPI.

The Dolphins’ influence has reached across borders, building lasting friendships and partnerships with PTPI chapters around the globe. They are not only youth leaders of today — they are the global citizens of tomorrow. We hope to remain connected with each member as they move into university and beyond.
