Dear Global PTPI Family,
I would like to introduce something new for our network.
🌍 The PTPI Ubuntu Circle
A simple, open monthly gathering for anyone across PTPI who wishes to connect, listen, share stories, ask questions, exchange ideas, or simply spend time together as a global community.
No pressure.
No formal agenda.
Just people connecting with people.
Why “Ubuntu”?
The name is inspired by the African philosophy and spirit of Ubuntu, often expressed through the phrase:
“I am because we are.”
This idea became widely known globally through the work and words of Desmond Tutu.
Ubuntu speaks to:
- shared humanity
- dignity
- belonging
- community
- and the understanding that our lives are deeply connected to one another.
It feels very closely aligned with the heart of PTPI and our belief in peace through understanding.
