PTPI Brussels is more than just a chapter — it is the Global Coordination Centre (GCC) of People to People International. As the administrative heart of our organization, PTPI Brussels manages international communications, membership systems, digital platforms, and day-to-day operations that keep our global network thriving.

But beyond the behind-the-scenes work, PTPI Brussels plays an active and meaningful role in the local community. Living in a country where much is already well-organized, it took time to discover where we could truly add value. Today, our most impactful role has been as an enabler — bringing people and projects together through connection, collaboration, and shared values.

What We Do

Together with a strong partner network, we regularly host:

• ☕ Coffee mornings and Job Clubs

• 🗣️ Networking drinks and community parties

• 🛠️ Workshops and skill-sharing sessions

• 🤝 Volunteering days for local and international causes

These activities help us link locals, expats, newcomers, and students across Belgium, providing space to connect, learn, and grow — always aligned with the PTPI mission of Peace through Understanding. Once the program is in place and local leaders are empowered, the system flows beautifully with only light coordination needed by the core team.

We don’t tell our community what to do. Instead, we support what they want to create, providing the tools, values, and visibility needed to make a real difference.
