About Placerville

We began in 1975 and established a Sister City relationship with Warabi, Japan which is still thriving today. We will celebrate our 50th Anniversary in 2025. We host a youth summit every few years and we send a youth group to Warabi in alternating years.
We have adult homestays regularly between our cities.
