I hope this note finds you well and enjoying a safe and restful summer.
I’m writing to share two important administrative updates as we continue building a solid foundation for PTPI AISBL.
✅ UBO Registration Completed (29 July 2025)
Today we completed the Universal Beneficial Ownership (UBO) registration process. UBO ensures legal transparency by identifying the natural persons who ultimately own or control our organization. This is an important compliance step for Belgian NGOs and supports our long-term credibility and good governance.
🏦 ING Bank Update
We are still awaiting the official opening of our new AISBL bank account with ING. While the process has taken longer than expected, we remain in close contact with the bank. We trust that the completion of the UBO registration will now allow them to finalize this step promptly.
📆 Save the Date: PTPI AGM – 11 September 2025
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, 11 September 2025.
This is an important opportunity for all GA members to engage, reflect on progress, and participate in future planning.
