February has been a month of strong groundwork and structural progress at People to People International (PTPI).
We are building carefully. We are building sustainably. And we are building for the next generation.
Youth Mobility Programme | Structured Rollout Underway
Much of February’s effort has focused on advancing the PTPI Youth Mobility Programme (YMP).
This is a structured, governed, partnership-based programme designed to:
- Provide safe and meaningful international placements
- Strengthen youth leadership and intercultural understanding
- Align with EU funding pathways, including Erasmus+
- Operate under clear safeguarding and governance standards
We are moving deliberately: governance first, partnerships second, implementation third.
More detail will be shared as elements move into operational phase.
Leadership Update
We are pleased to introduce two key leadership roles supporting PTPI’s next phase:
Bill Harp – Youth Mobility Lead
Bill will guide the development and coordination of the Youth Mobility Programme as we move from concept to delivery.
David Egan – Secretary
David strengthens PTPI’s governance backbone, supporting clear documentation, reporting, and coordination.
