Membership Update: Progress on Our Shared Journey
Dear PTPI Community,
As we continue our collective journey into the new era of People to People International, it’s important to recognize that our organization’s strength lies in our shared, volunteer-driven responsibility. In the new structure, actions will not be directed solely from the centre. The Global Coordination Centre (GCC) and chapters are equally accountable for driving progress.
We are inspired daily by our members, who embody the best of what we envision for the world when it is at its very best. This spirit will undoubtedly carry us through this next phase of PTPI’s growth.
At the GCC, we are actively working on the next generation of our website. The first draft is expected in late January, as we continue balancing this work alongside our day jobs. We’re committed to moving as quickly as possible and may even post the site early to gather your feedback.
A heartfelt thanks to the chapters that have shared updates on their activities. One lesson from our past is the need for consistent communication about chapter activities—a task that must be led by the chapters themselves. No one else can tell your story better than you.
To assist, please send us basic information about your chapter’s activities. It doesn’t need to be formal—just share the main points, along with your chapter’s full name and location. Our AI tools will handle the rest. The more we feed into the system about PTPI, the better and more accurate it becomes. If you have any documents or resources that can help us teach the AI more about our network, we’d greatly appreciate it.
